Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (referred to herein as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the individual user ("you", "the Player", "the Account Holder"), and 89vd ("we", "us", "the Platform", "89vd"). The Terms apply to all services offered by 89vd, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and any other gaming or wagering products accessible through the 89vd platform.

The Terms are to be read in conjunction with the 89vd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this document and form part of the overall agreement between you and 89vd. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, bonus terms, or other supplementary materials, these Terms shall take precedence.

89vd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to registered players. Changes will be published on the 89vd website, and the date of the most recent update will be indicated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of 89vd after any modification to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated in January 2026. They supersede all prior versions of the 89vd Terms and Conditions. All Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) timestamps apply to date-specific provisions referenced in this document.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the 89vd platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied before you may register, deposit, or participate in any wagering activity:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 89vd is strictly an adult gaming platform and does not permit access to individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 89vd, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded from 89vd through the self-exclusion programme or whose account has been closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration, and you must keep that information current throughout the life of your account.

Age Verification

89vd conducts age verification checks at the registration stage and may request supporting documentation at any point during an account's lifetime. Acceptable forms of identity documentation include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification issued in Bangladesh or another recognised jurisdiction. 89vd reserves the right to suspend account activity pending the outcome of any age or identity verification process. Where verification reveals that the account holder is under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Geographic Access

89vd is operated as a platform primarily serving players in Bangladesh. Access from certain jurisdictions may be restricted by law or by 89vd's own operational policies. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 89vd is lawful in their jurisdiction. 89vd makes no representation that the platform is available or appropriate for use in any particular location outside its primary market.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of 89vd services, you must register for an account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, same IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide certain personal details including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. All information provided must be accurate and truthful. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles 89vd to close your account immediately.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 89vd login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, and you must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account. 89vd will never contact you by any channel to request your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from 89vd that requests your password or other sensitive credentials, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected].

In the event that you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 89vd's support team immediately. 89vd accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access facilitated by the player's own negligence.

Account Currency and Language

All 89vd accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The account currency cannot be changed after registration. The platform interface and all official communications are provided in English. Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) is the reference time zone for all account-level time stamps, session records, and promotional validity windows.

Deposits and Withdrawals

89vd facilitates BDT-denominated deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time at 89vd's discretion. 89vd does not impose any additional processing fee on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions; however, your payment service provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your 89vd account wallet in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 89vd is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or technical issues on the provider's side. Deposits may only be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name; deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited.

89vd reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit, particularly for larger amounts or where deposit patterns appear inconsistent with normal personal gaming activity. Failure to provide such documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities until the matter is resolved.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes during standard Bangladesh Standard Time business hours for bKash and Nagad wallet withdrawals. Bank card withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the card issuer's processing schedule.

89vd reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. During any such review period, the withdrawal amount will be held but will not be forfeited. Winnings derived from wagers placed using bonus funds are subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements, and withdrawals of such winnings may not be processed until those requirements are fully satisfied.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 89vd reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ৳50 per month to dormant account balances after reasonable prior notification to the registered email address. Players are encouraged to log in periodically or to contact [email protected] to manage inactive accounts.

Bonuses and Promotions

89vd may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback promotions, and other incentive schemes to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer, which form part of this agreement when you claim or are awarded a bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who hold a verified 89vd account in good standing.
• Each player is entitled to claim a given promotion once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• 89vd reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress by a player at the time of withdrawal of the offer will be honoured on the terms applicable at the time the offer was accepted.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or hedging bets across accounts — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses have expiry windows as stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused or unmet bonus balances that pass their expiry date will be removed from the account without compensation.

Seasonal and Event Promotions

89vd may run special promotions aligned with Bangladesh cultural and sporting events, including the Bangladesh Premier League season, T20 World Cup tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other significant calendar moments. These promotions are offered at 89vd's discretion and carry their own specific eligibility and wagering conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the promotion is launched.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the 89vd platform, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in a manner that does not harm or disadvantage other players, the platform, or any third party. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud 89vd or other players, including through the use of stolen payment credentials, false identification, or misrepresentation of personal information.
• Automated betting: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the 89vd platform is forbidden without prior written consent from 89vd.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes in a way that provides an unfair advantage to any party.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or any other technical malfunction to obtain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void.
• Money laundering: Using the 89vd platform to launder funds or to obscure the origin or destination of any funds. 89vd cooperates fully with applicable authorities in relation to any suspected money laundering activity.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 89vd staff, contractors, or other players through any communication channel associated with 89vd.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the 89vd platform, including other players' accounts, administrative systems, or backend infrastructure.
• Minors: Allowing or facilitating access to the 89vd platform by any person under the age of 18.

89vd reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these obligations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, withholding of balances, and reporting of conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

Account Suspension and Closure

89vd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise unlawful activity.
• Reasonable grounds to believe that an account is being used in a manner inconsistent with responsible gaming, including signs of gambling-related harm.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity in combination with a zero or near-zero balance, after reasonable prior notice.

Voluntary Closure and Self-Exclusion

You may request the closure of your 89vd account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Where a closure request is related to problem gambling, 89vd will treat the request as a self-exclusion request and apply the associated protections, including measures to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period. Voluntary account closure requests not related to self-exclusion will be processed within 5 business days, and any eligible remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, 89vd reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation of the breach. Where closure results from a regulatory direction or confirmed fraudulent activity, balances may be forfeited in full. In all other cases of account closure not attributable to player misconduct, eligible remaining balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 89vd, its officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from your use of or inability to use the 89vd platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of account balance or winnings arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or force majeure events beyond 89vd's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from the player's failure to maintain account security, including unauthorised access to the account.
• Errors in odds, pricing, or game results arising from data feed malfunctions, provided that 89vd takes reasonable steps to investigate and resolve such errors promptly.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or card networks.
• Decisions taken in good faith by 89vd in connection with responsible gaming interventions or regulatory compliance obligations.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 89vd, you are encouraged to contact the customer support team at [email protected] in the first instance. 89vd will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally and in good faith within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process, both parties agree to seek resolution through the appropriate legal channels in accordance with applicable law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 89vd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements. No waiver by 89vd of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
